New Timbers is a modern 3 bedroom villa situated in the popular Bon Accord area, only a short drive from the airport with the popular beaches of Store Bay and Pigeon Point, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms (1 ensuite), a twin bedroom and a further bathroom. The bedrooms are all fully air conditioned, tastefully decorated and furnished, with pitched roof ceilings and a small safe available for the use of our guests. There is a generous living area, which is air conditioned, with attractive pitched roof ceilings, ceiling fans, cable TV, radio/ cd player, telephone and French doors leading out to the covered veranda and pool area. The pool is 18ft x 30ft with depths of 2ft – 5ft 6in.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric hob and oven, toaster oven, toaster, electric kettle, electric blender, microwave oven, dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier. A large gas bbq is situated on the veranda for outside cooking where there is an additional table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is off street parking for 2 cars with plenty of additional parking available on the street outside.
